ur icing looks really nice… can you give a tips on how to get the icing done properly… i can bake a cake nicely but my icing on the cake turns out really bad…

Anyway..here goes again…I used frozen wedges :D..baked them, didn’t fry.
I have a saved recipe from sometime back, haven’t it tried myself but here it is:
Potatoes - 3
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Flour - 1 cup
Corn flour - 2 Tbsp
Salt - as required
Cut potatoes in to wedges. Mix flour with salt, red chili powder, corn flour and water to make a paste. Dip potatoes in prepared mixture then deep fry till golden brown.

Plusha looks ..Can you tell me how did you make the meethi tikkis…(in the recipes thread :D) I also made kheer for Shab-e-Mairaj..will post pics once I transfer them..
