I made these couple weeks back at my sister’s place.

They both are pretty much same thing, I have just used different breads.

Savory Olive Bread French Toast w/ Cheese Stuffing

In the 2nd one I have used Salmolina Bread. I used classic American cheese in both as it melts quite easily and very smoothly. Anyhow, next time I will try some other cheese.
