As I have said there is no better option than voting for a mass murderer. I must say KHIs "educated" middle class has definately no choice whatsoever..bechare...but as long as Its not them and their families who are the target of this terrorist party they vote for them. Its all fine.

MQM especially the municipal government has done a lot of work in past 2 years. My dad, cousins and friends go to Karachi every year and they're simply amazed by all the development in the city. In 2 years, MQM has changed so much more than what PML(N) and PPP did combined when they governed the country. So obviously people r gonna vote for them so this thread is pointless. U can't change ppl's perception!

you have to see, mqm is/was involved, like hizbollah is supported by many christians and shias in lebanon, within the social aspects of society in sindh. They built community hospitals, shelters for women, even madrassahs and schools even. These past laurels continue to help them. The leaders of mqm are moronic, and many gun wielding thugs are involved with teh party (as with all parties in paksitan), mqm’s local representatives have done a lot for their respective communities.Even the punjabis and pathans I know in sindh, ESPECIALLY karachi vote for MQM. This is the reason why karachi’s most industrial areas, full of pathan and afghan mazdoors, heavily favor MQM.

We lost a good leader in Azeem Tariq who was a decent and educated person. Unfortunately, every province and city in Pakistan has become regional for the voters so u must realize that.

That's because MQM/Musharraf have not killed their ppl in past 5 years or so and they have actually improved Karachi's situation which is the backbone of Pakistan's economy. Its like this, people of karachi would rather vote for MQM even though they have done bad things in the past than PML, PPP, ANP, MMA because they have ruined Karachi and made people's lives miserable.
