I'm worried about photographers... AJ Studio are awesome but costs way too much , 60,000 for three days + accomodation+ air fare.
I have maldives in mind for honeymoon.. but havent discussed with him when we will be going on honeymoon.. Anyody else thinking of Maldives?????

Congrats to everyone getting married! I will be iA july 2010 in uk..not alot is sorted yet but venue is booked..going to start invitation list etc soon..and my honeymoon probably be 3 months after my wedding!

Hey Lady Gaga (lol poker faceeee) lolz sorry just randomly singing :D my brother and bhabhi are planning on going to Maldives after their wedding in April inshallah..seems like an absoloutely beautiful place and it suits them because she wont need a visa on a PK passport. One of my managers at work went there and really loved it, brought back some amazing pics! hope ur wedding goes well inshallah and the honeymoon goes even better :) x

rabia i have no idea about walima colour as that is the one i will be shopping for. in laws are getting the barat outfit and i told them i want to wear red!!!!
i have this concept that a bride isnt complete unless shes in red call me old fashioned!!!! lol
im going to start looking around for walima outfit inshallah by the end of january......

i heard theres alot more variety in pakistan but i wont have time to shop in pk even though im getting married in pak!!!!
so i will have to get something from here.....girls i heard mongs in southall is really good they do tailor made aswell....

I'm a 2010 bride too!! Getting married in March...hopefully the weather wont be too hot then.
My wedding day will be in Kashmir...about 1 hour n half away from Mirpur city and walima will be in Jhelum.

Anyhows, ive got some thing sorted. Like my wedding and walima dresses my SIL is getting for me, ive just given her pics of outfts i like and the colour combos and letting her deal with the rest of it.
Ive not got a photograher sorted yet...my fiance should be sorting that out...are you getting a separate photographer to your hubby to be's?
tell me about your preps....how far have you got...venues arranged?
