For me i get a rush of adrenaline every morning as i wake up and feel my second skeleton and know that my body still has life......

It's a supreme felling every morning just to know that your alive for another day one more day to cause chaos and leave your mark on this world. :)

I'm not doubtfull of surviving, i am thankfull that i still live and can complete my goals in this life. One should always be thankfull for having a healthy life. My soul lives forever but i want to be thankfull my body is alive too.
Just think what a blessing it is. I know people who have suffered all sorts and i even thank Allah that i did not end up like others i know.
Life is short, what is a hundred years of a mans life compared to the time of this big bad world? But the time we spend here on earth is our time and we should be thankfull for having every minute of it.

That is why every morning in the chill air of the wolf dawn i thank Allah that there is still breath in me and i am filled with adrenaline at the thought of the hour long run i face every morning :)

driving after mid nights my manual car, its engine/exhaust note, thru corners and roundabouts. . . ....... :D

I love racing, although with the current weather in the UK can't do that otherwise I'll probably end up with the car on top of a tree or in a pond haha
