the type of work i do i speak to Customers o nthe phone regarding different issues about a government run scheme,
khair the issue of the topic is that when you (The Guppies) call companies and speak to Customer service Advisors, regarding what ever you have called up for.
do you feel your issues are corrected better if you start arguing shouting etc. etc. <<<<<<like that on the phone with that advisor.
or do you always stay carm and get the best out of that advisor
omggg yeahhh!..like once i called up the bt ppl and they put me on hold for soooo long…and then i hung up coz they werr wastin my time…and i started arguin and they actually resolved the problem :halo:
sometimes, yes! normally I would keep my calm... .. but my younger brother breaks all hell lose!
differennce:- when they say "no" to me, then its a no! but when they say no to him, he wouldnt budge!
e.g. he signed up for a phone contract and was supposed to get a free mp3 player.... but they delayed shipment , so he called them up, blabbered for an hour about how he deserved an mp3 AND an ipod in lew of late shipment... talked to their manager..... aah... he finally got both!!
he hangs up the phone and starts laaaaaughing!!
so yeah, sometimes it helps.. :)... not sure if its related to your question ,... but it is an idea worth trying! :CareBear:
