When can we change our teams? Is it possible to change the teams for the ODIs or even from test to test and ODI to ODI?

We have a new leader now and it is ProudPakistani..basically their teams [pp and pp007) are more or less similar but PP scored on the basis of Abdul Razzaq who is his trump and he surges ahead of PP007 ( albeit a slender lead of three points)

Biggest mover was yours truly bitter 9 places and highest scorer yday was Peoples Champ with 470 points. Biggest drop was Saby who plunged 9 places.
