this is similar to the jacket i saw last year in dallas at the kashmiri exhibition..they were quoting $700 for it..although if i recall correctly ..it had slightly more embroidery than this jacketā¦

i LOVED her Sabyasachi clothes! in fact, it led me to call Sabyasachi myself! i just want one or two pieces for my trousseau, let's see if i can get something done over the phone. this wedding looks glamorous and the couple is beautiful mA.

I googled it, and accidentally called his house and spoke to his dad! Then his dad gave me his business phone number in Calcutta, where he's based currently. I also sent him an email at [email protected]. Let's see if he replies back to me on it. I just wanted a sari or two and a peshwas. Indian clothes add some ethnic value when most of your clothes are Pakistan-made, even though Faiza Samee and Nilofer Shahid have a similar eye for color, fabric and embroidery.

BTW, does anyone happen to have pictures of some wedding that was very recently in the Sunday Times Magazine (dailytimes.com.pk). I think it was in last week's edition and it was the son or daughter of the governor or Lahore or Punjab. I never saw them, but my sister was raving about them. Anyone?

I have to agree 100%. It isnāt beautiful, just expensive and overdone. Just what is so wonderful about the cacophonous, loud bridal outfit? It looks ridiculous and itās not even original. The makeup is okay, lipstick looks old-lady thick (yuck), and the hair has aged her to 40. I donāt care if Sabyasachi made it, some things are better left on the Indian runway. Valima outfit is much better, and to be quite honest, the bride looks way better with less obvious makeup. BTW, what is the groomās relation to Sara Taseer?
