I was reading a post on this forum; someone was saying that He/She knew the recipe for making Garlic Sauce which tastes exactly the same as the one served at Albaik.
I would be grateful if HE/SHE or anybody else can provide me with the recipe.
3 tbsp. garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp. sesame seed oil
3/4 c. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
**another is.......
**1 whole garlic bulbhalf a cup of oil,put garlic in blender and slowly add the oil. Blend until you have a consistency somewhat like mayonaise. Add a little lemon juice: approx. 1tbs.
this is typical Arabian recipe.

I tried the second method at my home, but didnt had that albaik taste although it was somewhat offwhite in color. Havent tried the first method; can you please explain the method (what to do).
Yup I guess so. Hey I'll try this recipe today. meanwhile can you please contact one of the member (aaish) regarding the garlic recipe that she has. She said that she has found a recipe for garlic sauce that taste's much like albaik's garlic sauce (see the thread 'BaLeeLa' on this forum)
I would have messaged her but unfortunately I dont have enough posts to avail that messaging facility. Do let me know when she gives you the recipe.
Have you been to saudia arabia?? If yes, then you may have come across Albaik Broast. Its a chain of fast food restaurants throughtout Jeddah, Makkah and ....Medina (i guess). So when you buy broast chicken over there, they give you Garlic Sauce (just like Mayonaise) and tomato ketchup.
The Garlic sauce is mind blowing. so I m looking for the recipe.
You will need Mayo 1 cup...and Garlic paste 2 table spoons and Cream cheese 1/2 cup and Boiled potato 1 medium size and salt one pinch and Lemon juice 3 table spoons....
Blend them all...Al-Baik's Garlic Sauce is ready!
I have no idea watsoever what it means but used to eat back in jeddah a lot. Bengali dudes will sell it at beach or some family hang out places such as parks.
It is soooooooo easy to make! yyuummm
Ok here wat u all need
chick peas
cucumbers
salt
-vineger
red chilli pepper or hot sauce
Boil chick peas and make sure to keep the water of it (in which u boiled ur chick peas). Have ur cucumbers cubes soaked in vinger with pinch of salt for couple hrs. Now have ur boiled chick peas (hot out of the stove with that water) add those cucumbers/salt/red chilli pepper or hot sauce and if u like it lil bit more khatta then u can add bit of vineger too. Mix it all up and enjoyyyyyyy!
I am surprised none of these recipes tell you the post important part of it. The idea is to stream in the olive oil. Add the oil very, very slowly (like a trickle) in the mixer until you reach a creamy consistency.
