Not sure if cure will be right word.
Early age of start is more difficult to treat.
It has many factors involved which lead to development of this disorder. Something emotionally disturbing.
Loss of job/career, death of parent, loss of love etc. as well as genetic/hereditary factors.
Some drugs effects may mimick this disease.
Treatment is both medical and behavioral. Can be very difficult at times. Environment may need to be chaged etc. People close to them get tired also.
Many people are still functional and hold jobs and career depending on the demand of work.
