phew been readin the story for 4 hrs to reach the endin part, but still it hasn't been ended though its really fascinating and interesting story waitin eagerly for the next part to be posted.

This trip was a disaster. They did not talk to each other during most of their trip. Ali told something to Lubna while they were in San Diego and Lubna somehow did not like it and stopped talking to Ali. She had this stubborn personality and was very resistant to any criticism she would receive. Ali however continued to go along with his relatively boring and silent trip and they reached Las Vegas as per plan. Some of the Vegas’ visuals brought old memories back to Ali when he had visited the place with Irrum few years ago. Ali and Irrum went to Las Vegas to attend a concert of famous Iranian singer Gogoush that took place at MGM Grand. What a wonderful trip it was! And now Ali was having miserable trip with Lubna who was showing no interest in anything at the lively city. She could not even appreciate fine dining at some of the top-notch restaurants in Vegas. She was more interested to eat at a Pakistani restaurant while Ali enjoyed different cuisines from all over the world. Ali took Lubna to the famous show “O” Cirque du Soleil at Ballagio where she got totally astonished by the superior acts of the show. They also took a helicopter tour of the Las Vegas area. Though they were doing things together yet they were very cold and talked only when it was absolutely necessary. When Ali went to Venetian, it reminded him every move of the trip that he had taken with Irrum. Venetian had just opened up before he had taken that trip and had decided to stay there. Irrum loved and enjoyed every bit of that stay and appreciated every single detail of Venetian. She told Ali all about the history and traditions of Venice that she was so much inspired of. Ali generally never recalled any memory of Irrum but here he could not control over. He was vividly remembering every moment of his trip he took with Irrum and was very confused whether he was missing her or not!
After the trip, Ali was having some serious thoughts about his marriage. He was deeply feeling the mess he had gotten himself in. He however was determined to do his best to compromise as accommodating as possible. He was also aware of the pluses and minuses of each individual and knew that he could not expect a perfect marriage. It was not possible to have a complete package in form of a wife being a Pakistani housewife who could take care of him and as well as his family and yet be intellectual enough to appreciate Shakespeare’s plays as well. Lubna wasn’t any familiar with the American culture nor she knew much about world affairs but she was a reasonable housewife and she was also taking good care of Ayesha. Ali was satisfied from these fronts of his household and was willing to compromise on the other areas she was lacking. He however was worried about her relationship with his parents. His parents especially his mother was a very difficult lady to deal with. Ali had hard time to create a balance between his mother and his wife.
Sometimes, Ayesha would get irritated by her grand mother and would complain to her dad. Ali then would hold a talk with his father and ask him to talk to Ali’s mom in his own way. Ali was generally not a confrontational type and was hesitant to talk to his mother directly. But by not doing so was not solving the problem either. He eventually gathered his courage together and talked to his mom to be considerate of other family members’ needs and feelings. He explained to her that Lubna was his wife and was going to stay at their home forever. He was asking her to accept the fact and then provide Lubna her freedom and place at this home. Ali’s mom wasn’t very happy with the talk and started blaming Ali for all the mess. She was telling him that it was all his fault and he did not know how to handle his wife. She started telling him whole lot of complains she had against Lubna as well. When Ali heard all that he was so much surprised to realize that most of those complains were mere assumptions that his mom had made. There was no reality to most of those allegations to begin with. Ali nicely asked his mom to stop assuming things baselessly and talk to him if she ever had any doubt about anything. He asked her not to make any attack of Lubna based on those assumptions and wanted her to verify those before even bringing them up.

wow i really don't get his mom i mean she was the one who was pushing ali to get married again and now she's finding things wrong w/ lubna........looking forward to the next part keep up the good work......btw jadugar how much more of the story is there

aminas, maybe or maybe not, i think jaadugar was not expecting this much reaction and the thing is out of control, maybe he feels that he is giving to much about Ali away and now does not want to finish it. Whatever it is, he could have finished it if he wanted. Remeber he even wanted to post the pics of the characters.
at the other forum, some ppl have even posted bollywood film stars as characters, irum, ali wagera lol

anyways i totally agree with you. jadugar thought he might just write up the story to pass time or something, nothing srs and it turned out that it has such a fan base. god knows how many other forums are waiting for the next part!

I know he said he wanted to post pics but I was hundred percent sure he was not going to post it anyway, He is just draggin the story for reason, he could have just wrote Ali and Lubna went to Las Vegas and they had a horrible tour instead of writing the whole story of where they went--whr they eat and all tht crap
