Is this your first baby?
Feeling nauseous is VERY normal in the first trimester .. get used to it :D
I’m sorry to hear about your miscarriage
You must be so excited! Start reading up on what to expect during your pregnancy. Babycenter is a great site! You should check it out
but in nausea one cannot eat anything properly, wont it affect baby's health?
If it comes to the point that you can't hold any food down and throw up after eating anything. Your doctor will recommend you to start drinking ensure or other nutrition shakes.

Yes you need to visit your doctor. I had the same experience as you with my first and this pregnancy. The thing is, your baby needs very little to grow and stay healthy so eat what ever healthy things you can and don't worry too much! Munch on salty crackers in the morning, they help with nausea.
Aren't you seeing an OB for your monthly check ups? Just let her know about your nausea and I'm sure she'll suggest something.

if you are in canada, ask your doctor for a prescription for Diclectin. if its really bad, you can also take Gravol. as always though, speak to your OB first. i got through severe nausea with the help of Diclectin. without it, i have no idea how i would have managed, honestly.
