In the last 15 years, big cities in India (especially North & West) have become very westernized. You see more and more people dressed up in what some of us consider immodest. Bollywood is way too extreme and seriously, it is not a representation of true India. There's a lot of Bollywood wannabes but in most families the cultural values are still prevalent.
In Pakistan, I think it is a particular group of people who fall into the "immodest" category, and again I think it's mostly the celebrities and such.

Exactly, thats what I believe. The difference of modesty doesn't lie between the countries, its particular class of people in both the countries, who have different standards for modesty. Media is just showing exaggerated picture (we can call it fantasies) most of the time.

Pakistan railway is just providing immodest services. Haven't seen railway station or train in Pakistani dramas since long. Last I remember watching trains in a drama was Dastaan - A serial based on partition related novel.
