Gulu rana club aaj hi join karein ...if u arent in pak... Ask ure mil to teach u some dishes and make notes....

Cooking can be very simple, if you don’t freak out. Also, involve your hubby in the kitchen it would be great bonding time and you wont feel all alone.

These days it is soo easy to make desi food, as all you’ll need is shan masala and the meet or vegetable. So start from there. But keep in mind they have MSG, not so good for health, so at point or another you should be able to cook only with natural/ the basic pakistani masalas.

So you need to know basic masalas, check out the link: http://www.khanapakana.com/article/c15decd5-50c1-48b2-8773-85cdc5686eee/glossary-pakistani-indian-spices-masala-
^You wont be using all of these in every dish, but each will be used at one point or an other. If you want to start very simple you’ll need:

• Salt
• Haldi
• Lal Mirch
• Garam Masala
• Zeera
• Black Peper
• You also can add a small amount of shan masala to give it that yummy kick.

Chicken handi is a good start, it’s easy and simple.

I would recommend searching for recipes on GS, because these are tried and tasted. Also something like Dalda Cook Book is a good source. I don’t trust random online websites for recipes because many times their ratios are off.
