homosexuality

I have no problem with homosexuals and support gay rights. I think tolerance and acceptance is a virtue that is cherished in my faith.

Re: homosexuality

well I guess world already has gone nuts by putting personal liberty on top of all moral and ethical values on almost everything including this. it should have remained a sin or crime or guilt!

even not considering on Islamic grounds, I personally feel disgusted about them. When it comes to dealing with them, I just treat them as humans regardless of their sexuality who are misguided or mislead to it being cool.

Re: homosexuality

it is an **obsession.......... a deadly emotion which would end up in leaving a sterile nd barren human race. very loathsome to hear the very name of it.comeon don't lose ur real self just by presenting them as pleasent, they are over-powered by the animal instincts and this will take the future to nowhere.........

Re: homosexuality

What is wrong will always remain wrong.

To each his own  The way some of us are left handed and some right handed, some of us are gay and others are not. I have many colleagues (of both sexes) who are gay, and some of them are the nicest people you would ever meet.

I personally would not form a negative opinion about some one just based on his sexual orientation.

Re: homosexuality

I am against Homosexuality, its prohibited in Islam, thats one of the reasons I condemn it, other then that, Homosexuality disgust's me to the point of throwing up, why would anyone want to try to break Gods cycle of life?, I can't stand Homosexuality, and Alhumdulillah we don't have much around in Kuwait, but that doesn't mean that Kuwait is Homo-free, there are secret homo societies but they tend to keep a low profile, or else they'd just end up being hanged.

thats what u think.

Hanging them just beacuse they're gay is over the top. As long as the idea that homosexuality is 'normal' isn't thrusted on top of our society (e.g. the whole gays being allowed to marry, adopt etc) then gays can do whatever they want, behind closed doors.

Re: homosexuality

Islam doesn't tell us to force our beliefs onto others. Islam doesn't tell us that we have the right to condemn others acts as disgusting.

I do not find homosexuality disgusting and I do believe that hating homosexuals and taking away their rights as humans is terrible and that God frowns upon us for doing so. Real followers of religion are those who do not blindly follow the church or religious leaders, they are those who question the dogma and stick to the practice of their Prophet (pbuh) which are those of peace, understanding, and most of all TOLERANCE of all people. I have no reason to judge someone who expresses their love with the same sex. I have no reason to reduce their actions to mere sex. That is not at all what it is. I have no reason to deem them "abnormal" while my heterosexuality is considered "normal". The truth is the dichotomy of sexuality is created by man, there is really no such thing in nature as a heterosexual vs. homosexual gene, to say that is far too simple.

Re: homosexuality

I once saw homosexual goats in Pakistan. Luckily me and my friend were there and we pulled them apart. My friend wanted to apply Capital Punishment on them.....but I argued that we pardon them and give them a second chance. So we pardoned them on promise that they won't do it again

Re: homosexuality

I want a gay son. Specifically a clone of Rufus Wainwright. The gay messiah sprung from my loins!!
(don't get your panties in a twist, he's referred to as the gay messiah).

More seriously-- I have no issues with homosexuals whatsoever. I consider it to be natural (yes, natural, I suggest you look at the animal kingdom and stop letting your religious bias cloud the evidence), just as heterosexuality is natural (omg, that's like saying it's natural to be a man or a woman isn't it? Fancy that!).

I do not judge people on who they are attracted to. I judge them based on their actions. Which actions do I judge? How they treat people and what they do for their society. A good person is a good person, regardless of who they like to "do."

:biggthumb

well said!

Most of you people make me sick. I can't help but laugh at all of you "Muslims" calling everyone else narrow minded. Not everything in the world has to be dictated by religion. Common sense should take over at some point, basic human decency maybe? Empathy? Can you let even the most basic of human emotions be governed by something other than your religion? And you wonder why the Muslim world is so ****ed up.

so you registered this new nick just to say this?

btw, Its not just Muslim. You will find out tonz of hard-core Christians, Jews... (you name it) against it (and yeah, many non-muslims don't hesitate to kill people for this)

You just wanted to spit out your frustration against Muslims and thats pretty much it.

gay humps??

Re: homosexuality

My take on the whole thing is that to be a good (Muslim, Christian, Jew, etc etc)...we accept and tolerate others. It is no business of mine or yours WHAT other people do in the privacy of their bedrooms.

I do not agree with or like the idea of homosexuality yet I view it as something that was mis-wired in their brain or their genetic makeup or SOMETHING. Something went wrong somewhere because its not natural. But again, not my business.

I've met and known homosexxuals and find then (for the most part) to be lovely people who know what it is to be persecuted. If they do not impinge on my way of life, who am I to impinge on theirs? They have every bit as much right to "the pursuit of life liberty and happiness" as anyone else.

Re: homosexuality

personally whether you agree or disagree with someone's beliefs or practices, does it allow you to treat them badly? be civil and keep your personal views and beliefs out of it.

Re: homosexuality

They should not be treated badly.

But they should not make pass on straight ppl either. :snooty:

maybe their gaydar is giving them mixed signals about you

Re: homosexuality

gaydar:omg:

Maybe they need to change there hunting ground. And do it where every one wears tight pants.
Where passing gas is soundless.
