They were not created in 1996 . They were created in 80s in ZIA era , The names changed later . You people try to destroy the history just for few political thoughts . And you know very well , till today , all type of terrorists and links with CIA are totally domain of establishment .

taliban as we know them today were created in 96 (naseeruddin Babar), even zia continued what was started during bhuttos time. What are you talking of? There’s no bigger tout of establishment than PPP. Similar to Ptis responsibility in kpk these days it was under PPPs watch in the federation when we got the gift of Taliban.
