Bella and Southie have merged message and customers into one thing. So cute, haina? They cannot fathom the possibility that their could be a separation. They cannot fathom the possibility that the baker, a follower of an organized religion, may not be as rigid or tyrannical in his views and service as they believe him to be. Southie, it is not the baker, but the customer who wants it “my way or the highway”…and you are showing support for that ideaology whilst fighting against it. None of us who are supporting the baker believe that he should deny service to a gays or prevent them from entering his shop or hang a sign saying “no gays allowed.” You’re not advocating a “everybody compromise to live in harmony” stance…you’re not advocating compromise at all…you’re advocating imposition.

you and others here cannot fathom the possibility that this is discrimination and whether the motive is religious or not, its still wrong. you’re advocating discrimination based on sexual orientation.

Okay so stand by your opinion that I’m bigoted, doesn’t bother me. My opinions are shaped by my religion, and if you find them to be bigoted…then I feel it’s more a conflict between you and Allah than it is with me.

I had been debating back and forth with Bella respectfully when you came along with your meme barb. I gave you a taste of that medicine, after which you went out of control and started making judgments on my overall character and religion. I didn’t do that to you and Bella in the thread. However, in almost every post that you bashed or insulted or mocked me…Bella came along and gave you a like…which is basically a ganging up; not surprisingly she didn’t see your instigation or your transgressions; it was defense based on more than just similarity of thought, also based on what appears to be a disturbing sense of loyalty. Interesting.

there was a time when blacks weren’t liked by majority either. but they fought for their civil rights and got them. what do you suggest, gays should just stay at home and avoid going out because intolerant homophobes dislike them?? they also need to fight for their rights as well, everyone deserves equal treatment.

Religious people should not have freedom…not even a little bit. Freedom is only for select marginalized groups, not for everyone.
