Blast at Denmark Embassy Islamabad

I just hope that all your brethern dont have the same thinking.

infiniti, does that even matter? will the west be considerate in their retaliation against Muslims even though all others sign an affidavit that the bombing in denmark, lets say if it happens, is against the teachings of Islam and the sole act of "ashtray"?

Spare me the moral debate please when I have been provoked and refuse to play by your rule book.

At least admit who started it before pointing fingers at me for being worse. Then I will be willing to resolve matters by talk.

Re: Blast at Denmark Embassy Islamabad

Hello everyone,

Sympathies to all affected.

It is also a bit shocking to see the tone of some posts here that seem to justify the suicide bombing attacks. What did the people in the Danish embassy have to do with the Mohamad cartoons? Secondly, if people migrate to denmark, they have to respect the rights and laws of that land and not attempt to impose your own. Trying to so impose through such violent means simply proves the charges of a violent philosophy, doesn't it?

You sound more like a cornered sheep than a tiger. Read the fiqh and the rulings of what to do with he who abuses and slanders the Prophet.

And you can let go of Ta'if now..its been ages. The Prophet (sas) was in the beginning of his Prophethood with hardly a handful of followers hence Islam was in a state of non-violence. But once Muslims had gained ground in Madina and the commandments of Jihad arrived then we know very well what the Prophet did with the likes of Ka'ab ibn Al Ashraf and Abu Rafi'.

Islam gave Muslims izzah and authority but Muslims somehow, subhanallah, love to live in a state of opression and weakness ... constantly quoting Taif and other Meccan events when its clear in all of the Books of Seerah and the Books of Fiqh and the Books of Hadith that once the following Ayaah, and its likes, were revealed ... the 100% non-violent approach to Daawah was abrogated.

*Warfare is ordained for you, though it is hateful unto you;...
*
Surah Bakrah, Verse 216

Yes, it does…just like any other system.

Feeling uneasy?

The west is already doing that (Iraq and now Iran). I am no fan of followers of Islam or any Islamic countries for good reasons but I can surely see the hypocrisy behind what US (and other EU countries) says and does.
They are strong and you are weak; this will keep on happening until you become strong. You are only going to weaken yourselves by resorting to violence and lose the world's vote.

Even Quran stops at "An eye for an eye" and even that is wrong IMO. You are willing to do much much more.

Afghanistan was attacked because the Taliban allowed Bin Laden and his terror organization to operate there. The numbers you site killed, hundreds of thousands, is no where near close to reality. I assume you pulled this number out of thin air but would be shocked if you can provide a semi-respectable source confirming your figure.

After 9/11 the U.S. went to war and while it might be fun to think the U.S. has the technology to produce a war that eliminates death it is not there yet and thus it's wars will produce deaths just like any other war. That said the goal of American has been to try and avoid civilian deaths and the technology the U.S. has developed to do just that over decades with costs exceeding trillions of dollars is being used in Iraq and Afghanistan and have transformed the battlefield. The U.S. has successfully eliminated thousands if not millions of needless deaths that we have seen is past conflicts, for example in the Bangladesh War of Independence. Now we know the U.S. tries very hard to reduce civilian casualties because they could easily wipe up all the terrorists with the brutal and excessive force Russia used in Chechnya but they do not, rather many times U.S. troops lives were placed in harm and sometimes lost because of the precautions used to keep innocent bystandards safe.

While the wars have had their dark spots (Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo Bay, and sometimes acting on incorrect information and ending up in tragedy) The fact is these wars the U.S. has waged have been the most civilian friendly large scale wars ever fought. And as time goes by the U.S. learns more and becomes better at urban warfare and at keeping civilians safe. Billions have been invested by the U.S. to rebuild both Iraq and Afghanistan, both who's futures looked very bleak well before the U.S. got there and if the U.S. is successful the dignity of those countries that was lost a long time ago will have been restored.

Hello Sharaabi,

What did the peope in and near the embassy in Pakistan have to do with whoever painted the Mohamad cartoon? Your post seems to indicate that it is ok and even expected that muslims go violent and in fact indiscriminately violent. I hope you are wrong.

:rotfl:

What is so funny? I suggest you take some military history lessons or go find MS and ask him some questions about past warfare practices.

Your post justifying wholescale slaughter of civilians.

Pardon my ignorance but how does any of that justify killing of innocent people. By all means go and confront the Danish cartoonist and the publishers but what right does it give anyone to go and kill any Danish person or anyone in the name of exacting revenge. This is just wrong and evil. It is not like the Danish Government or Embassy runs those newspapers. The people who carried out this terrorist atrocity knew fully well that their action would result in the deaths of innocent people (which sadly is the case in almost every atrocity). This makes all their crimes even more unpardonable. And you conveniently forgot to mention fatah Makkah where not a single soul was hurt or injured and everyone (some of Prophet's pbuh worst enemies) was pardoned on the orders of the Prophet pbuh.

nihatton par vaar karna is the ultimate buzdili my friend.

Re: Blast at Denmark Embassy Islamabad

Targeting civilians is never justified and is counterproductive of U.S. goals. If you could comprehend what I wrote it's clear the U.S. has spent trillions of dollars developing weapons that help avoid civilian deaths but are still effective weapons.

Am I suppose to applaud this? The fact is people still die, and the US is at fault for this. The US has no moral ground to lecture anybody on human rights.

Keep spending trillions on nothing for no reason; while our health care and education suffers back home.

No, it's just a fact. People died in WWII as well, it's a sad reality. Innocents are not targeted in Iraq or afghanistan by the U.S. Both the Taliban, aQ, and various groups in Iraq do target civilians, they did this before the U.S. got there and they continue to do so now, that is a fact.

That's complete BS, which is only believed by Americans brainwashed by corporate media. An Iraqi or Afghani civilian will completely disagree with your brainwashed sentiments.

US soldiers routinely shoot Iraqi kids, like the trigger-happy rednecks that they are.

Bull****. While bad apples are in every military the mass majority of U.S. troops are not and troops are not "routinely shooting Iraqi kids", what a load crap. Harming innocent Iraqis effects the U.S. in a negative way. You seem to be getting confused with the fact that suicide bombers do target innocents regularly.

Expected response. Your army does routinely kill Iraqi kids, nothing changes that.

My wife worked in Walter Reed and she has told me plenty of stories of the barbaric crimes US soldiers high five themselves about.

I have two friends who served in Iraq. Both admitted to killing children and said they enjoyed it.

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayi raji'oon

More innocent deaths caused by the terrorists. Nothing can justify their barbaric act.

Great USA and Pakistan must continue to work together to root out this evil. Let's hope the new government does not take their eye off the ball. Terrorism and terrorists should not be allowed safe haven.
