Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

It’s also true.

Some think emotionally. I like to think logically.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

who said anything about liberating or out of pure concern, or joining with bharat mata? why are you bringing all this up? :hehe:

pakistanis like shak think mukti bahini were some terrorists who killed a lot of punjabis and bangalis are backstabbers. when this isn’t anything near what happened. and the biggest losers from not acknowledging what happened in 1970-71 is the state of pakistan which is on the verge of repeating the same exact thing - and being unable to delegate federality.

as for kashmir atrocities by indian army - despicable but pakistan doesn’t even fool kashmiris when it starts on this with no leg to stand on.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

You missed my update saying that if you haven't noticed, it is Balochistan that has been under water for the last 2 consecutive summers.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

Acknowledgement? Lets see…wait for…it…four times.

Reading properly saves time.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

meh.. i guess you are right.

there shouldn't be any reason to block all channels of diplomacy over something that long ago, the woman is holding a whole region's prosperity hostage over her personal feelings.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

I was agreeing with you that they did not suddenly become pro india within 6 years, but if it hurts well that is the truth they refused to go back to big mama even after they liberated them.

As for Kashmir well this thread is not to discuss it, but as you brought it up I thought I should bring up the double standards practiced by india. If Pakistan does not fool Kashmiris than I wonder why india does not hold the referendum and shut up Pak once and for all, or is it afraid of something? I have met enough Kashmiris who live in occupied Kashmir and talked to them and know where they stand. Maybe you should do the same as well.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

I think Queer is talking about acknowledgement from Pakistani establishment.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

Maybe a one or two off. It's apart of Bangladesh.

Also, if Baluchistan does suffer flooding the affects are not as severe as B-land./

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

He also mentioned how my views support that POV even though I said the opposite. I agree with his last post though.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

I agree.

Some Kashmiris may not want to leave, but it appears as a fact that a lot, a sizable amount of them don't like staying with India. I think it was a BBC Documentary I saw recently, pretty shocking.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

I wanna see. If you remember, tell us.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

^What documentary was it?.

As per topic. I do believe, when Bangladesh offers apology for massacres staged by Mukti bahini then..we will be able to sit down in one table. I agree with the notion that..relationship with Bangladesh can wait. Our priority should be taking controlling of internal security and create peace with our immediate neighbor like India. And talk to India on issue of Kashmir while maintaining trade and commerce relationship.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

The doc:

Kashmir’s Torture Trail - 4oD - Channel 4

And I agree Xtron. The day all S.A countries come to their sense we will see real progress

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

Well Shak thanks for the link. The issue is that no country want to talk about core issues. Like in the case of Bangladesh..i've met wonderful people from that country. But when sometimes..during convo..couple of them said, "Only if Pakistan can officially apologize". I said..well..Pakistan in my opinion should offer apology however, only and when..Bangladesh too also apologize officially on murders of thousands of Biharis and other Pro-Pakistani people from that region. Only then..we can sit together. They guy didn't have any answer. You see what i am saying is: we have to go to root cause of the issue. And i would like to bluntly say that..YES. Pakistan DID discriminate Bangladeshis when we were one country. Which includes, Economical and Political discrimination.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

Hasina Wajid's demand is genuine and justified. Pakistan should officially appologise what West Pakistan army did in former East Pakistan.

As regard Mukti Bahninis atrocities against West Pakistanis, it was reaction to what West Pakistanis rulers were doing to Bengalis since partition. Mukti Bahinis were former East Pakistan Rifles. During army action in 1971, they changed from East Pakistan Rifles to Mukti Bahinis. Credit for this goes to dictators who treated Bengalis as schedule cast community.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

^what about politicians like him?

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

^ Ouch, sachay won't like that :D

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

JI culprits always oppose Bhutto, he wanted to recognize Bengladesh, but JI did not want it. These words are for JI. Don’t worry. However this is not related to current discussions. Pakistan army was responsible for genocide and rape of underage Bengali girls. Appology is due from all Pakis, do you get it.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

^Well bla bla bla.>>Pakistan Army is responsible..that is all i can echo from your post. Be fair buddy. I do understand you support Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. And nevertheless, he has done some good work too. But please, don't support your favorite leader when he is calling Bangladeshis "pig". So what does that tell me that you want to blame Army. Which is very bias of you.

Re: Bangladesh - Pakistan Relationship

Listen, the thread is about appology for committing genocide and rape of Bengalis. Pakis owe this appology, there is nothing wrong accepting faults.

As regard your above clip open another thread as this is realted to recognisition of Bengladesh as independent country.
