I think you are talking about Jannat-ul-Baqi. Now you can not find Hazrat Khadeeja's grave because all those graves and tombs were razed and run over by bulldozers by Saudi Wahabis in 1930s.
I think u got it wrong.
Jannat ul Baqi is there in Medina, and Hazrath Khadija died in Makkah in the 10th year of Prophethood, and Prophet immigrated to Mediana in the 13th year of Prophethood.
