cabbage soup, cantaloupe, apple, kiwi and lots of water. Its day 1 of my seven days diet & all these mouth watering pictures :( Allah !! cant cheat also :/
Ugh, I've been on that diet. It's brutal in the beginning. Don't worry it gets better after the first few days!

beat an egg with required masalas like salt n pepper , red chilli , sm coriander leaves n chopped onion ,green chilli,now add a tablespoon or more boiled meshed potato n mix lightly,fry it.
herb-crusted salmon (thanks to khatti for the recipe and answering countless questions ) and baked veggies with spicy-mango salsa

used thsi cut of salmon.
put it skin side down on a baking dish, cover the top in mayonaise (khatti’s recipe was mustard but i didn’t have it)
the crust-panko breadcrumbs mixed with herbs. covered the top of it.
bake for 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, salmon cooks pretty quickly but this was thick..

I used only potatoes, carrots and zucchini
marinated it with mrs dash, seasoning, olive oil, crushed garlic, fresh coriander (cut very finely) salt and pepper for a few hours
baked at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes
salsa–the jarred one and i added some mango chunks to it and coriander.
salmon cakes–leftover salmon steak, diced red onion, coriander, egg and panko breadcrumbs. make patties and pan fry.
some dried, some fresh, I had some coriander that I had blended too much, so I used that for a marinate, the rest were dried parsely, garlic salt and mrs dash
