British system of steam engine is only found in museum now we have diesel and electricity engine
British netowrk of small gauge again only esists in museum we have laid whole new broad gauge network..
Our delhi metro is nothign sort of world class even metro of toronto doesn't come close..
IN kolkata metro exists since last 20 odd years..
all done by india and indian enginner indian govt.......
IN fact British left the same legacy to pakistan too but pakistan railway remains in tatters while idnian railway has flourished to new heights
I said your countries rail system was built by the British. I didnt say anything about the trains themselves. India built its highways, Volkwagon builds cars, two different things.
The British are responsile for Indias rail network. Without them, India may never have built one on its own.
lol... Delhi metro is nice im sure, but this sounds to much like someone from a third world country marveling at his countries first toilet.
I suggest you actually go see the train networks in other countries before commenting. Have you ever seen the Tehran subway? Some traveling will help immensly.
