I dont’ remember the last time I posted :bummer: but this is some stuff since… June..
These may be repeats :sid:

breakfast-omelette, asparagus, broccoli, green beans, avocado, veggie sausage, and strawberry smoothie

sweetnsour chicken, veggie lo mein, and jalapeno cream cheese wontons (bought those from target and baked em)

ginger chicken, cauliflower tempura, veggie fried rice

DAAL! (moong-masoor mix with tarka of onion and tomatoes, and dhania on top)

mix of stuff–pesto shrimp pasta, salad, egg, and chicken tenders (yeah…weird combo!)

grilled cheese and tomato soup

ramen noodles-chicken, veggies, salad, egg


ramen again!–avocado, grilled chicken, cranberries, carrots, broccoli

fried rice…quick, easy, good use of leftovers
shrimp

veggies

cabbage soup, cantaloupe, apple, kiwi and lots of water. Its day 1 of my seven days diet & all these mouth watering pictures :( Allah !! cant cheat also :/

Can you please name it?? Like under what name is this product sold? Tinned? Packed? What? and where can I find it?? Its seems really tasty. I would want to try it :yummy:

The name is right above the picture, it’s sweet and sour chicken. It’s not a product, you can try the dish at any chinese restaurant under that name.

This is my version of Slow Cooker pulled BBQ chicken. Easy peasy and no wastage as I use the chicken for pizza toppings, mixed with noodles for little one and of course in subs. The first image is of the chicken when it was put in the Cooker. The second one is the end result.

Slow Cooker Roast Chicken flavoured with lemon, garlic and thyme from my back garden. Delicious with buttery mash potato. Leftovers added to stock with noodles for easy soup and also in tortilla wraps and sandwiches. Could be used with mashed potatoes to make chicken tikkis too.

Yummy yummy Chili con Carne…yes in my Slow Cooker. It’s delicious. I make a large batch and freeze it as my husband isn’t keen on it and well I love the stuff. I generally serve it with plain boiled rice, tortilla chips, sour cream, sliced chillies and sliced radishes. I want some now.

Root vegetable oven backed fries. We love sweet potatoes, parsnips and carrots. Serve with lemon and garlic mayo.
