Re: your initial reaction when you come across a Divorced desi lady?
Yep, she hid her craziness before and literally on the walima night it all her crazy surfaced. (pretended that she thought the hotel room was caving in on her head)
So you pretty much failed to gauge down her crazy little ambitions and went through the phases of marriage and later divorce just to be aware you were dumb. Good story bro.

What do you mean gauge down her crazy ambitions?
Failed to recognize her crazy characteristic traits pre-marriage. I bet being a true man he/you are aware to connate down the obvious difference there is in a sane wife or in his words, a crazily insane/maniac of a wife.

I only spoke to her for an hour or two premarriage...
Although if someone is making an active effort to hide their craziness, it can be hard to suss out.
I'm sure you can do all this in a jiffy ;)

To be honest, I couldn't. Hence why I would try my absolute best to squeeze out as much time as I possibly could before choosing to go down the sweet splendid aisle of marriage. If I couldn't manage to scorch out the required time needed for my benefit as well as hers, I'd simply back off and move on. That is what I would do.
