Yep, this is not limited to Pakistani's messages only. Anyone's message (as long as it's acceptable [in terms of what the message conveys]) would work just fine. Please submit it via e-mail to the address given in the first post. Don't forget to send your pictures (personal and/or of your town). The people checking the e-mail will let you know if they need anything additional.
