Re: Your first computer

My first computer was a CASIO calculator. My father took me to what used to be called chor bazaar in Bombay. They don't make modern day computers as light as they used to.

Re: Your first computer

Don't remember the computer but it was just for me. Even though I was a kid (like 5 or 6) my brothers were even younger, and my parents had little use for it. This was before computers were useful for adults lol.

Re: Your first computer

Once in a while we get a soft one like Niksik, but in general, us older siblings have to rule with an iron fist. It’s just the law of nature.

Re: Your first computer

Yeah.
And when you stop using the iron fist, your sis says, “Bhai you’ve lost it”:naak:
This happened yesterday when I told her slow down on the peanuts we were sharing.
She didn’t and then I did the iron fist gesture and she comes back with a “Bhai you’ve lost it”:cryb:

I do. One of those ideas that was brilliant in it's time, but still didn't become a commercial success.

Re: Your first computer

The first computer I touched was Dads Commodore PET-4000 1978 and C64 1983 edition. My own was Apple Macintosh 2 in 1989 I still have vivid memories of receiving a large package on my 5th birthday.

My first PC was Intel 486 of IBM origin in 1993 first game was Dangerours Dave and the car racing whose name I can't remember.

First laptop was IBook G3 in 1999, it was equipped with airport wireless which one operate after taking off the keyboard that was the machine to see.
