It is not part of Islam but it is poetry that directly related to Prophet Muhammad and anything related to Sarkar Muhammad Is obviously very respectful.

If you don’t have any faith on Manat / Niyaz / Langar / Taveez then there is no need to make a fun of it btw

Manat = your promise to (Allah Suban ho tala) (parwardigar) for example If I made a Manat to Parwardar that if he gives me son then I will keep three straight rozas. Tell me from where the shrik or bidat came into it.

Niyaz = same like Manat

Langar = it is like food drive, you are feeding poor, orphans, homeless and everyone.
Where you find the shirk or bidat in it?

The Prophet, said, 'The best of deeds is that of keeping your believing
brother happy, or that of paying off a debt of his, or that of feeding
him.' (Ad-daylamee, 1/1/123, AsSilsilah As-Saheehah/Al-Albaanee, 1494.
It is one of the attributes of a Momin to feed others. (langar is bidat in your eyes)

Taviz = copy of verses of Quran, if I copy four Quls in order to protect myself from Jin or Bala or Magic or anything that will harm me where you find shirk and bidat in it

Reported Shifa bint Abdullah that once she was sitting beside Hazrat Hafsa (the Prophet’s wife) when the Prophet (Pbuh) came and said to me: Why don’t you teach her the charm of namla (a kind of allergy) as you have taught her writing”?

Sa’d Haleebi, in his footnotes of Tafseer Baidhawi has reported that the famous saint Abul Qasim Qushairi’s son was very sick. The Prophet (Pbuh) told him in his dream about Ayaat-e-Shifa (six verses of Qur’an in which the word ‘Shifa’ occurred). In the morning he wrote the verses and washed them with water. The son became well by drinking that water.

as if I am really calling on to my phuppa for madad. Its an attempt to make people think, which obviously ..is not working

Re: Ya Ali Madad or A Shirk - Ask Allah (SWT) directly or it equates to shirk (merged)

the point is that we focus on disputable extras as the focus, while completely ignoring the basics about which there is no doubt  I never said anything about bidat did I  stop thinking so hard

the amount of yip yap I see on ooncha pajama etc makes me think that people are really following the basics completely but time and time again I have been proven wrong.

the evidence is in the number of ppl at mosques in Pakistan.

as someone says, religion we will fight for it, we will argue about it, we just will nto follow it

PS: I am still waiting for some sort of real answer for teh 4 choices I had posted earlier

Re: Ya Ali Madad or A Shirk - Ask Allah (SWT) directly or it equates to shirk (merged)

BECUASE WE FOLLOW SHARIAT MOHAMMADI AND THIS IS MOHAMMAD WHO ASK FROM ALLAH FOR HELP AND HE GOTALI AS (HELPER and VIZIER) , THAT MEANS IF ALLAH WISH HE GIVE POWER TO OTHERS FOR BENEFITS OF UMMA...it is our duty to follow him,

TELL ME IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK THE DOOR OF KHYBER, where 500 people are required to open it........................why same door is picked off only by one HUMAN. (does it make sence,. it no. then, that was speciall power which was granted to Imam Ali (as) ..HE WAS MUSHKIL KUSHA FOR OUR MOHAMMAD(saws) and also for his UMMA>. (those who hate ALI are Hypocrate).. Sahih Bukhari, and Sahih Muslim, Dur Manshoor. and so on...........

CALIPH OMER ASK FOR HELP from AHLE BAITE.....if asking help from others, is not in islam,, then HE WAS FIRST TO ASK FROM other instead of ALLAH....(see for reference in second page)

Re: Ya Ali Madad or A Shirk - Ask Allah (SWT) directly or it equates to shirk (merged)

Tawassul is not shirk. Prophet Muhammad taught his Sahabah to make tawassul, to say "Ya Muhammad" and to ask Allah by the virtue of Prophet Muhammad. As related by at-Tabaraniy from hadith of the blind man.

Re: Ya Ali Madad or A Shirk - Ask Allah (SWT) directly or it equates to shirk (merged)

Only wahabies who claim to be salafies say Tawassul is shirk.
No Muslim on earth believes anyone other then Allah creates benefit or harm to you. But Allah grants you through tawassul (in honor of the Prophet or pious person) just like Allah forgives you through Shafa^ah (intercession of the Prophet to the sinner Muslims of his nation).

Saying Ya Muhammad, or Ya Aliy, or Ya Jaylaniy is not shirk. It means Ya Allah I ask you by those pious people whom you accepted under your mercy, to fullfil my needs.

Re: Ya Ali Madad or A Shirk - Ask Allah (SWT) directly or it equates to shirk (merged

Mashallah brother that is very true only ignorant people like Ibn Tahiymmah and his follows, claim this is wrong. Tawassul mashallah is something good and something the companions practised. And alhamdulilah this is also practised by the millions of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah follwers in the world. Thanks Alot Ahmed G for posting authentic information, May Allah reward you greatly. :)

Do not prove your point on the basiss of forefather practice. bring solid Quranic reference and Hadeeth for this. All wrong doer say one sentence " we r doing right as it was done by millions before and still in practce"
with the grace of ALLAH i am sunni syed i have 25th linkeage with Prophet Muhammad(peace be upon him).I do not called myself Wahabee and Qadri etc rather than a simple muslim.

Read the thread and you will get the answer..

“Seek the means of approach (al-wasilah) to Him” [5:35]
