Re: Would you allow your son to date?

abhi tak?

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

lolz! one can only learn to respect women when they date them?? what kind of bull crap is that? so those who don’t date, doesnt know how to respect women?

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

^ Wow man that was rude!

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

thats ok I'm used to that kind of BS from her.

Suroor, your reading comprehesion skills are really sadly lacking. Where did I ever say that one learns to respect others by dating them???????

What I DID say ... well forget it, people who know how to read and comprehend get my point. You dont.

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

...and PS leave my baby boys out of this...they are perfect little gentlemen. They are, however too little to defend themselves.

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

Whether she got ur point or not, i meant its rude to bring anyone's kids into something.

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

my religion doesnt allow it so i wouldnt want him to date...i believe every parent would want the best for his/her child and its best not to date

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

Mama, you are right. :k: Dating allows you to develop interactive skills with the opposite sex in a peer setting…it allows you to be able to gauge and develop what makes you attractive to others and what you find attractive. Done in a healthy way with spring breaks notwithstanding…it is the way people should find love. All this arranged marriage BS is stupid.

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

Suroor,

you are getting clobbered. Put some power into your punches, atta girl. :D

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

Pray tell funguy, how do you reconcile that with being a Muslim? Telling them not to date would be hypocritical as you claim to be a Casanova but wouldn't dating along with jummay ki namaz be more hypocritical? Or, horror of horrors, you will promote dating over Islamic stuff? Do you endeavour to walk them through the choronology of your sexual exploits?

I think I ought to let my kids to do all the foolish and self-destructive things I did, hey it would by hypocrtical to stop them right. I shall buy my underage children cigarettes and merrily clap my hands while they chain smoke.

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

Will I let my children date? Haha as if. Islam is clear on the matter, I do not consider myself smarter than Allah. So what he has ordained, I will not challenge or mock.

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

LI: have fun now.

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

SS: What exactly is dating to you?. It doesn't have to involve sex, you know. It is a meeting of two individuals. I am not promoting pre-marital sex...just a friendly interaction. Does Islam prohibit the interaction between male and female outside of marriage?

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

Let me stay out of this before people start judging me.

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

actually it does, hence the parda n hijab for both men n women.

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

hijab and parda is Islamic? I thought it was tradition.

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

Re: Would you allow your son to date?

what has the world come to....

if dating = "meeting opposite sex", "talking", "etc" then
sonANDdaughterCANdate = true
elseif dating = "getting physical" then
sonANDdaughterCANdate = false
end if

the real question is... what on earth IS dating?

Re: Would you allow your son to date?
