Ronaldinho misses the next match too unfortunately.

They would have killed the refree if Brazil had lost becouse of that decision.

Sad that Ronaldinho will miss next match.he looks fastest of all 3 Rs today.

All the better if he misses the next match which will be against Turkey

But, truth is, it deserved a yellow. That’s another controvercial call in the WC. Same with the trip to Bekham, minutes later.

I can’t believe it.. England is out! Woo Hoo. Now all I hope for is a USA loss tonight and my day will turn out SUPER!

Whether or not one supported England (which I didn’t), you gotta feel their pain. :frowning: I hope there are no riots when they return to the UK.

Seeing Seaman after the match bought us all to tears..

Heart breaking loss.

Ums, :frowning: poor Seaman was crying while Sven was giving him a hug. Perhaps the tragedy is that Seaman did quite well throughout all of the previous matches, he’s an extremely reliable goalkeeper. He just got caught unawares for a few split seconds and it can manifestly happen to the best of goalkeepers. I hope he’s not forever remembered exclusively for that critical moment. I was behind Brazil for this match & didn’t want England to score any goals, but still I feel really bad if he will always kick himself for making that mistake.

He is too old for this sport and its about time he makes place for others. Even if they can not replace a Seaman of 1996 but I'm sure they can replace one of 2002.

Sad to see that Germans scored from a free kick. Like they only can produce their diving qualities. USA should have scored 2 goals by now if stupid Kahn wouldn't be in goal.

England done very well to beat Argentina and reach the quarter finals. At the end of the day there has to be a winner and the better side (Brazil) won today.

Germany 1 USA 0

Well played Germany. Glad to see USA sent packing home.

USA outplayed Germany... what is with them and outplaying every team?

But thankgoodness, the US are out. They have been luckey throughout, and eventually luck dies out.

It will be Brazil vs. Turkey, Germany vs. Spain tomorrow!

I think you have jumped the gun a bit here. Tommorrow it is Spain against Korea and Senegal V Turkey.

Hoping for Korea to beat Spain. The other match I am neutral, may the best team win.

England out!!!!!!!!!! YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!

England were beaten by the better side, there aren't any complaints. I thought the Germans were lucky and the US should have had a penalty when a goal was stopped by the defender's hand. US played well, to their credit but they couldn't put the killer touch.

Xtreme, both ur team (england) and mine (US) lost, chalo mil bhet kar ek dosre ke dukh sukh bantey, now that our teams are out!!

YES YES YES!!!

ENgland is OUT!!!

Germany wins wohoo!
What was that, Ronaldinho being given red, really stupid decision by the idiotic referee but Brazil showing their true colors and dominated the match, well played.
Sad to Seaman leave, it was one bad mistake and I'm preety sure he will be remembered for that and not remembered for his great performances in previous matches in this cup.

Tommorrow, I want Spain to win please.
I don't know who should I root for in Senegal vs Turkey match as I like them both very much.
