Yes its a decision by compulsion and not a decision by choice. Economic problems and security risks make people leave their homeland.

I think you can understand that what a woman need more is security (emotional as well as financial security), and thats why the trend of getting married outside your country increasing.
Considering the financial crisis in the homeland, men tend to have a job outside country, however, they prefer to marry a girl from their own culture and remain outside their country for financial stability. But, a time comes when they want to move back home for marrying their children especially girls.
That proves that majority of people living outside country feel insecure in other cultures.

Well less of the emotional more of the financial from a majority of women I know who have been brought here to the UK..... Majority are greedy for the money they realy have very little respect for their culture. They are more wannabe British than we are here. I went to Pakistan a few months back and I have to say the girls there are so desperate to bag a British boy...lol

Yes our perception is made by our experience. I know many families, where girls are married outside the country and these girls are more concerned about their homeland, their people and their culture.
Coming to material aspects of life, rural women are quite satisfied with the less resources. Their happiness revolves around small things.

You will find this is the case with very few rural women.... Majority of them just want a green card or maroon passport. They come abroad and take back money to their home land and flaunt it to others like they have achieved a medal

For me it is more related to human nature than to be from a particular life style. The habit of showing off prevail in all societies.

Its mostly women who come from abroad who have lived a rural life that behave in such a way... i've seen very little of it from women from urban life styles

IMO without generalization, rural women are more contended what they have as compared to urban women. In most of the cases, the things used by urban women for need/comfort is luxury for rural women and when rural women get these things, they want to show off and thats where they look greedy.

we clearly live in two very different countries.... seriously your looking at this in a weird context..... everyone has standards and these women drop them just to copy the western or rural woman...
You wouldn't see an urban woman doing this.

But that does not justify that rural women are more greedy than urban women. On the other side, this shows that urban women are less flexible to adapt a new atmosphere.

Now its drawing conclusion based on hardly 1-2% rural women you observed. 98-99% rural women are not like that.

Flexibility,greed,managing abilities all depend on each individual-their upbringing,values,opportunities etc
