I think we need to see all the issues (including the one under discussion) with a neutral approach.
The point should be to clarify misconceptions rather than proving superiority of one system over the other, because no system is good or bad in absolute terms.

Its the way in with they see themelves... Many rural women want to be like urban women because they think that they are more better than them.... That is the reason they try and change themselves but many urban women hardly change the way they are when they move abroad

Everyone has to change him/her to fit in a new atmosphere. For settling abroad, urban women's transition is easy and less hectic as compared to rural women because of the life style people have adopted in urban areas. But this doesn't mean that rural women fail to fit in new atmosphere, they do adopt things, but take a little more time.
If an urban woman have to adjust in rural life, it would also be difficult for her to accept ground realities there and fit herself in the new environment.
