Re: Women say if you were raped, it is your own fault
Alright on Sarah’s warning, I’d let the creature pass.
Creature - I love you too ![]()
Re: Women say if you were raped, it is your own fault
Elmo loves Koko too :)
That or he should be sent to rehab. Sex addiction is really bad. Most of these rapists are not straight in the head, they have got some problem. Not all normal men go out and rape a girl just because they were teased a bit.
True. Very well said. Such men need major help. Any guy who rapes a girl is mentally unsound and should not be allowed to walk around on our streets.

who's going off topic now? :)

Exactly! That is what I was trying to say that he is mentally unsound. Not stable.
Lets say for example that a girl did tease him a bit in a bar or nightclub. Just a bit not too much or in most cases girls don't even talk to their rapists. The guy is mentally unstable and a big pervert. Gets the date rape drug and drugs her drink or whatever and makes her come with her to some other place. He rapes her and she has no memory of the incident. Her fault? Nope.

Edit: wrong sequence. wasn’t for you creature.
Edit 2: Ok, fits you both :k:

Why did she take a drink from an un known man?
Why did she go to some place with an unknown man?
Re: Women say if you were raped, it is your own fault
Don't you have to go pick some bananas in the wilderness or respond to some mating call? Shoo shoo, we're discussing an important topic here.
Re: Women say if you were raped, it is your own fault
Ok so these moderators come in and derail the thread talking about elmo and their wedding videos and we get infractions and warnings for going off topic?
Re: Women say if you were raped, it is your own fault
Sara nowhere in the post did I mention that either a) the girl went somewhere with the man or b) takes a drink from the man.
In real life cases, it is usually the girl is drinking and the guy subdues her in to sweet talk and flirts with her and at the same time pushes some powder in to the drink which she does not notice. He watches from far that the girl/woman has drank it and then he makes the move like a predator waiting for his pray at the optimum time.
It is the guy's fault and it is mentally unsound thinking which lands the girl in trouble and in most cases the guy too since he gets labelled as a rapist and goes in to the sex offender list.

One post is not a derailment.
Please air your grievances via PMs.
Now let's get back on topic. Thanks.**

Have you seen how the dating scene in the West? A man buying a woman a drink is very common and people go to bars precisely for that reason! why are you bringing your Islamic values into this? Yes, us good muslim girls won't go to bars and accept drinks from strange men but that's how it goes here! Again, it does NOT give anyone a reason to get in her pants without her consent.
That's funny, you asked a question, and I answered it. Now you're getting your panties in a twist? Hilarious. Don't ask questions if you don't want an answer back =)
Maybe it was rhetorical?
Anyway, carry on.
Re: Women say if you were raped, it is your own fault
As for making her come with him to some other place, a girl/female loses all senses after ingesting of a date rape drug mixed with alcohol. Both have devastating effects on the brain and in that circumstances, anyone can make you do anything. Girl does not have control on herself, hence it is not her fault.

Take note moderators, I am being hit on. Such suggestive remarks make me uncomfortable.
Talk about sexual predators, jeez.
Re: Women say if you were raped, it is your own fault

Yup, that's precisely what happens in most situations.

First of all, where do you see me bringing in Islamic values ANYWHERE in my arguments?
Not accepting drinks, not going home with strange men, thats not just for Muslim women but for ALL women. Even non-Muslims will tell you thats one of the ways to stay safe, to not accept drinks from strange men.
And second of all, whats wrong even if I did bring Islam into it (which I didnt..if you bothered to read any of my posts)? I dont know about you but I'm Muslim, the majority fo the people posting here and reading the posts are Muslim who aren't bothered by someone bringing religion to prove their point.
