I just visit their website there are diffrent packages for wii fit kindly advise which one is best. i am really very serious about it. i have to lose my weight.

Dua, my box says WiiFit. It has Yoga, Balance Games, Strength Training and Aerobics written at the bottom. It comes with a Wii Balance Board and a WiiFit CD.

DO, see, you have the Wii console. It comes with CDs of different games, activities. Then you can buy a WiiFit plug in (wireless) that has an exercise mat and a CD. You sync the WiiFit to the original console and pop in the CD, you're all set. A remote that you carry monitors your movements and the "mat" has sensors to guide your balance and weigh you etc.

Oh my God!! Although i havent got the Wii Fit game but the console with other games...i have to say i tried at my niece's place and its quite good fun for the whole family!
I just play to tone my arms...hehe...and i say "try"..

My Wii said that my "real" age is 86 years old because I can't hit a baseball or bowl. I've left it to the kids since then :).
