Ok he is not a part of Afghan Taleban but since he is fighting on the same side as them, and has his own network of intelligence and operatives in the country then surely he would know about other groups in the area. But he seems to think that the Pakistani Taleban is not a genuine movement and is supported by foreign agencies, as it has no connected with the groups operating in Afghanistan.
