All of these are great suggestions…but what should he do to make her “want” to participate?
Don’t you think that’s the key?
He can’t very well carry her off to the doctor for a physical if she doesn’t agree to go. He can, perhaps, get her to the fitness center but he can’t make her walk on the treadmill, can he? She has to “want” to do that.

So what should anyone do to make someone “want” to do something?

As for the comments on judging…we all do it…whether or not we’re willing to admit that we do is another story.

I am not saying things are going to change overnight, she will have a killer figure and turn into a zubaida apa right away. It is going to be a slow process, and OP has got to deal with it in a positive manner. What matters is what the OP wants out of the relationship now, not the wife, who is the mother of his kids. She is clearly not interested in anything, anymore.

If the ‘positive things’ don’t work, get rid of those hum tv dramas, get rid of the maid and cut down on all these other luxuries. Stop spoiling her! Get her parents involved right away and tell them this is what it has come down to before she starts playing a victim.

Walking away from someone is the easiest thing to do and can be done any time. 10-15 yrs down the road, when the kids are grown up, you don’t want to think maybe I should have done a little more only for the kids.
