Why would God...

Re: Why would God...

Totally agree, but they were demanded proof of their God's existence in form of miracle. As per Quran, many Prophets told /warned their people that don't demand miracle because if after miracles you won't follow the message then that will bring Azaab (God's wrath) on you.

Re: Why would God...

Can you please explain avadis quote

Re: Why would God...

Sorry, but what do you mean by avadis?

Re: Why would God...

Lol, josh abadi

Re: Why would God...

Its the same point that Kinnz was talking about. Josh saheb's shair is inspired from Quran's ayat 'wakhtilaaf il laile wannahaar' which means there are signs in transformation of night into day for those who think.

Re: Why would God...

What evidence would "satisfy" an atheist? ;)

Re: Why would God...

That's belief made easy, if not mindless. It also assumes that if God exists, He's a good God. For some, the simple existence of a Deity doesn't facilitate praise or encourage voluntary submission. The angst usually lies in what sort of God exists and what He preaches.

Re: Why would God...

**
"[All] praise is [due] to Allah , Lord of the worlds"**

No. You are the one who is doing 'aiwain nakher' to get dirty lust of this world.

Define existence please.

Look at yourself you are perfectly in shape just like all other human being. What if you had three legs or four eyes or four arms or two head? Than you'll going to accept the diety?

Re: Why would God...

Dear philosophy

If only you follow through your statements logically ... if we "judge" Him ... then yes ... we are wearing those same spectacles ... The idea is to be in a position where we do not "judge" Him ... After realising He is not One to be judged.

And even if we did conclude His Greatness ... then the natural disposition would be immediate falling into a state of prostration ... And we would not be quick to Judge the motives of God ... Rather we would strike ourselves down for even entertaining such thoughts.

Re: Why would God...

I find it hard to praise someone who keeps threatening me !!!

Ek tarf he is merciful

doosri tarf hes gonna burn ya hes gonna burn ya wait and waaatch.. hes gonna burn ya..

I'm confused.

Can I just enjoy my life the way I want and then butter him up in the end? Merciful?

Re: Why would God...

can you please for once read what the person says. your natural response to anything is to counter it without understanding or comprehending.

Re: Why would God...

You can live your life the way you want..
Jab hum koi gunaah karte hain to aasman se farishta nahi utaar ke ata ke Ruk jao mat Karna warna aagh Mai jalo ge..

If there was no sawab no saza and everyone was going to get same numbers in then it was like everyone could get medical or any other degree without any exams.

Re: Why would God...

but burning me for eternity seems quite a disproportionate response! for eternity.. really..

how merciful

Re: Why would God...

Rabia Basri (RA), the great sufi of Muslim world, said that there is no fire in hell. Human beings bring their fire with themselves. God is all merciful and is not inclined to burn his creations in hell at any cost. Its the deeds of the human beings, which lead them to the fire.

Re: Why would God...

I dont understand. Is there a fire or not?

Re: Why would God...

People bring their fire with themselves. Very simple. God has no utter intentions of burning anyone in fire. I'm not aware whether you got any knowledge of scriptures or not, but God always provide chance to people for chosing right way and in case they deviated from the true path then seek forgiveness before its too late when their deeds turn into fire

Re: Why would God...

So I am bringing some fuel and a matchbox? Do they allow that on the flight to hell :D

Re: Why would God...

why not.. if you are inclined to that :D

Re: Why would God...

and if i dont. i dont burn in hell.. sweet.. i found the loophole i was looking for..

back to my whisky, porkchops and premarital sex then.

Re: Why would God…

:cb: carry on bro

Having ideas like Babar is the easiest thing to do, but no one can win from ultimate authroity.

Baber ba aish kosh k alam dobara neest.

PS: Babar had to bow before God for saving Humayon’s life and that wine lover had stopped drinking.
