While Daily Ummat and Takbeer are publishing News against Altaf and MQM (90% proves speculation), but I have seen these papers selling openly in MQM strongholds like Azizabad, Lalukhet, etc. So, I don't buy this.

As far as TV channels are concerned, they do say things against MQM and they have gone to the limit of saying before MQM MNAs / MPAs that they got threats from MQM (without providing proof). Actually media people are not saints, they can do all kind of reporting to gain TRPs and money. We all know how much TRP Altaf Hussain & MQM can grab. If Zulfiqar Mirza talked against any party, he would not have got that much attention.

^ IF they wanted TRP and money, it would have been more sensational to actually name MQM when this whole thing started. Its not new. Its only a few years now that they can even talk about MQM. They would only say ‘a political party’. If you don’t buy it, your choice. :slight_smile:

Daily Ummat and Takbeer people are equally badmash and know how to deal with other badmash people. Private TV channels cannot run a gang for self defense perhaps.

Anyways, if you are not willing to accept opposing views, so no point ‘discussing’ it further. Here’s don threatening a journalist in UK… sorry, mafia dons do not get my respect :stuck_out_tongue:

I agree with the first sentence of your first post but couldn't help differing with remaining part of it because as a born, raised and living in karachitte, and with family, friends and business connections spread throughout the city, my knowledge is quite contrary to your statement. I do agree that most of their practices are downright filthy and a shame for humanity, but still insist that "unit to unit kidnapping and grabbing of women to be raped" doesn't happen and has never been a common practice. By this, I don't mean that anyone who belongs to MQM can not involve or has never been involved in this heinous act, but it is by no means as common as your post made it sound like. The fact of the matter is, let alone knowing about a real such incident, I have never heard anything similar in the form of rumors, not even once in thirty two years, which ..you perhaps will agree .. is quite a long period of time.

I think that punjabis have a special love / hate relationship with altaf hussain. Oh that reminds me, a punjabi friend of my dad just cut off contact because we were from karachi and mqm was heating up in the late eighties / early nineties.

PS Reliable sources tell me that muqawee was the sindhi topi wearing mustache dude in altaf hussain's recent Waaz. BEWARE! :D

ok i exagerated because of my hatred.. but it did happen in several units. fyi im not punjabi and no janjua. grandparents and father born in delhi migrated here.

I have heard about drill machines and target killings, both by the 2 mqm's and the police in the nineties, but how come a person living in Karachi never heard about the so-called "rape shows" that you mentioned?

Watched BBC and the way his party has acted last ten years, through terror and intimidation, killing entire families to kidnappings and to open terrorism.

Calling this guy a scumbag would be being kind to him. Justice and karma will get him soon enough.
