How’s it charisma of feudal lord, when feudals had always dominated Pakistan politics before and after him yet no one could capture nation’s imagination and become a truly national face like Bhutto? Even when Imran was gathering monstrous crowds from small villages to big cities, there’s always the idea that naaa he’s isn’t on Bhutto’s level yet in terms of oratory (in politics, you simply cannot underestimate this feature - at one point, it literally becomes everything and the only thing to win the public)
