Re: Why SC would disqualify NS from holding public office and would send cases to NAB
You are right.
… but I think a bit confused.
I think many Pakistanis are so simple (or ignorant) that they can listen to whole story of Yusuf (AS) and Zulekha … than would ask ‘Zulekha aurat thee yea mard’
`
It is sad, but let me explain the case. There was two case running in court parallel to each other.
Case one (plaintiff was Sheikh Rasheed): Disqualification of NS on article 62 and 63.
Case two (plaintiff was Imran Khan): Imran Khan wanted disqualification on corruption and references sent to NAB.
Result:
1: NS, Ishaq Dar and Safdar got disqualified on article 62 and 63. This was result of plaintiff by ‘Sheikh Rasheed’
2: NS, Ishaq Dar, Safdar got disqualified plus references against NS, Ishaq Dar, Safdar, Hasan, Hussain, Maryam and few others … were sent to NAB … This was done on corruption, Lies, dishonesty, being untrustworthy, etc … and resulted due to plaintiff of Imran Khan.
[Note: we should remember that 2 judges disqualified entirely on corruption, lies, dishonesty, being untrustworthy, etc … and their verdict did not took into account JIT. 3 judges in their verdict, along with earlier hearings, also took into account JIT report.
Reference sent to NAB does not mean cases sent to NAB.
When cases are sent to NAB, NAB investigates and if NAB finds proof, NAB make reference, put all accused on ECL, and then start proceeding.
When SC sent reference to NAB (as in this case), it means most of the investigation is already done (by SC judges and JIT … after extensive investigation and hearings), and thus NAB would start proceeding. Ideally, all accused should be put in ECL, may even get arrested (unless bail is already obtained), and then proceeding should start. … So, if NS and other accused are not put on ECL and got arrested … than that is leniency on accused (that should not happen, if proper proceeding is done).
So:
NS got disqualified on plea by Sheikh Rasheed in SC.
NAB corruption reference against NS got started on plea by Imran Khan,
Obviously, NS could not have got disqualified easily on NAB cases … but getting disqualified on article 62 was easy as NS is Liar and dishonest, something all know and though judges had many reasons to disqualify NS, they needed one … ONLY ONE … case where there is no doubt … hence NS got disqualified.
Those who say that NS got disqualified on ‘receivable never received’ … that is propaganda full of lies.
Just imagine, 2 judges already disqualified NS before JIT … and it was in JIT, this ‘receivable never received’ propaganda came on surface. Thus, it is clear that there was enough evidence before JIT to make NS disqualified on Article 62 and 63 of constitution.
Though… it is not right that there was receivable not received … as, even if one accept NS lies, than also NS still received Aqama … and if he did not received what he should have received but used that employment for only Aqama than also NS Lied and deceived UAE authority about his paid employment to get Aqama … and thus NS is untrustworthy… hence deserve disqualification for life from Pakistan parliament on article 62 and 63.
**Well, if it was only receivable not received (what NS cronies are doing propaganda) … than **… **they should tell, what was the reason Ishaq Daar and Safdar got disqualified for life on same clause **(article 62 and 63 of the constitution)?
If anyone think that NS is honest, trustworthy and not a pathetic Liar and fraud … than let see two cases that happened in Saudi Arabia, that all know:
When NS was in KSA on exile, what he use to claim? … He used to claim that he did not made any deal with Musharraf to take exile in KSA … but that was Lie and also shows that NS is untrustworthy as he can make agreement but deny that. Thus, just on this Lie of NS, court could disqualify him for life on article 62 and article 63.
What Prophet (SAW) has said about Munafiq?
Hadith: ***Abdullah ibn ‘Amr (RA) says that Rasulullah (SAW) said: “Four traits whoever possesses them is a hypocrite and whoever possesses some of them has an element of hypocrisy until he leaves it: the one who when he speaks he lies, when he promises he breaks his promise, when he disputes he transgresses and when he makes an agreement he violates it.” (Muslim and Bukhari)
All traits of Munafiq fits perfectly on Nawaz Sharif and his family.
Now, of many reasons to believe that NS is Liar and untrustworthy thug, let me show you one more … that would be enough for NS to get disqualified on article 62 and article 63 of constitution.
News: Saudi Arabia did Ahsan on NS by getting him out of Pakistan on 10 year exile, when NS was facing death penalty and would have been hanged if Saudia, USA, UAE and other foreign countries had not came to his rescue. What Nawaz Sharif did as gratitude of that Ahsan?
NS lied to Saudi tax authority, NS deceived Saudi custom authority … and in process showed that he cannot be trusted. … In other words, he deserve disqualification for life on article 62 and 63 of Pakistani constitution. So, please read the news (5 June 2005):

Saudis seize shredder plant imported by Nawaz
[ul]
[li] RECORDER REPORT[/li][li]JUN 5TH, 2005[/li][li] ISLAMABAD[/li][/ul]

The Saudi authorities have seized a scrap shredder plant allegedly imported from Israel by former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. Under the Saudi laws, all Israeli items are banned in the kingdom. Documents were forged to import the plant under a deal struck by Sharif’s company - Hill Metals Establishment - to be installed in Jeddah, sources said. The second hand car press machines were locally purchased for the plant, while the main metal shredder plant was to be imported.
The plant manufactured by "Seram UK Limited " had been sold to a Israeli company ten years ago and was currently lying as scrap there.
The purchase deal was signed in Jeddah on January 19 by Hussain Nawaz Sharif in his capacity as the Managing Director of Al-Azizia Steel and Hill Metals Establishment and Roy Woolcock of the Seram UK Limited, who reportedly represented the Israeli company. A letter of credit of four million Saudi Riyal was opened by the name Hill Metals Establishment in National Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia for importing the plant.
Sources claimed Sharif’s son Hussain also allegedly quoted the worth of plant at 40,000 US dollars to save the customs duty.
[Note: four million Saudi Riyal = $ 1070000 … but to cheat (their Moshin) Saudi Arabia and Saudi Arabian customs … other than doing illegal act of importing machinery from Israel, these Haramkhors declared that plant was scrap and was worth $40000 … so that they can cheat Saudi Customs].
The plant was dismantled and ferried on 17 trailers from Israel via Jordan’s “Zarqa Free Zone”. Abu Amir was appointed Customs Clearing Agent for handling the consignment in Saudi Arabia.
The Saudi authorities got suspicious of the plant and discovered that the trade labels of the Israeli company were scratched, repainted and documents were accordingly prepared to cover up the original identity of the equipment.

Sources said Hussain Nawaz met Saudi Customs authorities on April 15 along with a high ranking official to seek the release of the plant, but to no avail.

The custom authorities informed him that import of Israeli machinery was strictly prohibited in Saudi Arabia and they were processing the case for violating the laws.
The authorities had seized 3 trailers, while Nawaz was allegedly trying to bring the remaining 14 containers, lying at Al-Zarqa Free Zone, Jordan through some other routes.
[But haramkhors are Haramkhors, so it is said that after confiscation of their 3 trailers by Saudi Authority, Haramkhors were trying some other routes to smuggle remaining trailers into Saudi Arabia…violating Saudi law … as these Haramkhors are like terhi dum of a dog, who could never become straight … or … honest, and would bite whoever would try to feed them or give them respect … be that country, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar or England].
