Worst case scenario was when mardood Zia-ul-Haq kept on changing the SC judges who were hearing fraud murder case of ZAB to get the decision he liked. Whenever army takes over the country, constitution of Pakistan is flushed in to the gutter. Hence people living in Pakistan including yourself has to accept this illegal act of army or face persecution and death. This time NS was disqualified on the facts on record not by the army or some extra ordinary outside force.
NS said he was victim of Yaman and Qatar conspiracy and exploding atom bomb. You know he is again lying. Creator of Atom bomb was ZAB, had he not stated this project, there would have no a-bomb in Pakistan. As regard Qatar or Yaman conspiracy I don’t know what the hack he is talking about?

You ask any Nooni, who should be credited with CPEC … and they would say Nawaz Sharif … even many journalists do propaganda for them and because of propaganda victim (full of blatant lies), many zombie Pakistanis would give same answer.
For instance, one of the longest motorway in Pakistan is M-8 … that is major part of CPEC and run from Ratodero to Khuzdar (via Larkana) … Haramkhor NS propaganda machine tries to claim that Haramkhor started this road (as obviously, it is part of CPEC) .. other Haramkhor Zardari propaganda machine also want to claim that CPEC is brain child of Zardari … Anyhow .. fact is that M-8 started by Musharraf (as part of CPEC … few of my friends were working on this project during Musharraf time) in 2004 and it was mostly completed by 2008 (last days of Musharraf), then PPP also did some work in its completion, but greed and corruption of PPP stopped the project (claiming shortage of funds … funds that PPP thugs ate themselves) … but NS restarted the project (that was mostly complete anyhow) … but look at video where Noonies using propagana is claiming the project for Haramkhor NS … but used old videos to show the work.
Just watch the video on building of M-8 … be attentive to hear the dates (started in 2004 … as part of CPEC project that started in 2002) mentioned in video … and work mostly done by 2007 … but if you will see the initial video, one would think that it was NS who built this M-8 motorway (and most brainwashed Zombie Noonies would claim that too, as they and most journalists on pay-list of NS propagate on TV). This is how this Haramkhor did all his life … Pakistani awami maal apnay naam, Projects in Pakistan done by others apnay naam … and even consider that wives of others are theirs too.
This video would reveal when CPEC started and who should be credited with CPEC projects. Since Pakistan is poor country (due to looting and plundering by Haramkhors … especially Haramkhors of PPP government), Haramkhor NS managed to allocate loan from China (with built in commission for himself) to build unfinished CPEC projects … but he and his Noonies never tell that CPEC is nothing to do with NS, but CPEC claim by NS and Noonies is blatant Lie.

It seems, video was made in 2013 using old CPEC project (M-8) video clips … so, whatever work done was done before 2013 … Project also talks about hopeful completion in 2015. Some of the questions that Judges asked Nawaz Sharif lawyers before 2 judges disqualified him and 3 decided to form JIT so to rub NS nose further on rough ground. Questions can clearly identify some of the reasons behind disqualification of Haramkhor.
We should remember that before JIT, NS was already not a truthful, honest and trustworthy person, and thus do not deserve to be in parliament. Actually, 2 judges already gave their verdict that NS was corrupt, Liar, crook, dishonest and untrustworthy person. 3 judges also gave same opinion about NS, that he is corrupt, Liar, crook, dishonest and untrustworthy person with addition that instead of straight forward judgement of disqualification, what would have been better for NS, they formed JIT who took all cloths off NS one by one and made him naked in front of whole nation. What happened in JIT was just an addition, that proved NS further dishonesty and corruption to get elected as member of parliament.
So, to say that NS got disqualified because of JIT or having Aqama, and so on … is just Bulls*it. Verdict of 2 judges did not even took into account JIT, as they gave their verdict before JIT.
Anyhow, here is some of the questions Judges asked (even before JIT was formed), but Haramkhor did not gave any answer, rather tried to misguide the court with perjury, fraud, tempering documents, contradictory statements and Lies everywhere. Worse was that, instead of cooperating with SC, Pakistani institution were creating hurdles to the best of their ability.
Only defence of Haramkhor and his crook supporters was that … Haramkhor is PM, so he can steal, murder or Lie, he should not be touched. … Well, they meant, NS could kidnap wife, sister and daughter of any Pakistani, keep them for few nights and kill them, but since he is PM, no questions should be asked from him, even when his crime is obvious.

^^^ All this is meaningless rant, NS is still NS, he will be gathering his public support to maximum now, he is removed because of receivables that he never took, the judgement is week and it will be hit hard, the law will be amended by PMLN govt which they should have done earlier. You will see how strong backlash NS will generate. This is not going to go out, now its a war and it will be fought and 2018 election will be won comprehensively. NS isnt going any where and now will be back with more vengeance and the reason being we the people / the voters are not ready to get away with him. You will see a glimpse of that in NA 120.

It is sad, but let me explain the case. There was two case running in court parallel to each other.
Case one (plaintiff was Sheikh Rasheed): Disqualification of NS on article 62 and 63.
Case two (plaintiff was Imran Khan): Imran Khan wanted disqualification on corruption and references sent to NAB.
Result:
1: NS, Ishaq Dar and Safdar got disqualified on article 62 and 63. This was result of plaintiff by ‘Sheikh Rasheed’
2: NS, Ishaq Dar, Safdar got disqualified plus references against NS, Ishaq Dar, Safdar, Hasan, Hussain, Maryam and few others … were sent to NAB … This was done on corruption, Lies, dishonesty, being untrustworthy, etc … and resulted due to plaintiff of Imran Khan.
[Note: we should remember that 2 judges disqualified entirely on corruption, lies, dishonesty, being untrustworthy, etc … and their verdict did not took into account JIT. 3 judges in their verdict, along with earlier hearings, also took into account JIT report.
Reference sent to NAB does not mean cases sent to NAB.
When cases are sent to NAB, NAB investigates and if NAB finds proof, NAB make reference, put all accused on ECL, and then start proceeding.
When SC sent reference to NAB (as in this case), it means most of the investigation is already done (by SC judges and JIT … after extensive investigation and hearings), and thus NAB would start proceeding. Ideally, all accused should be put in ECL, may even get arrested (unless bail is already obtained), and then proceeding should start. … So, if NS and other accused are not put on ECL and got arrested … than that is leniency on accused (that should not happen, if proper proceeding is done).
So:
NS got disqualified on plea by Sheikh Rasheed in SC.
NAB corruption reference against NS got started on plea by Imran Khan,
Obviously, NS could not have got disqualified easily on NAB cases … but getting disqualified on article 62 was easy as NS is Liar and dishonest, something all know and though judges had many reasons to disqualify NS, they needed one … ONLY ONE … case where there is no doubt … hence NS got disqualified.
Those who say that NS got disqualified on ‘receivable never received’ … that is propaganda full of lies.
Just imagine, 2 judges already disqualified NS before JIT … and it was in JIT, this ‘receivable never received’ propaganda came on surface. Thus, it is clear that there was enough evidence before JIT to make NS disqualified on Article 62 and 63 of constitution.
Though… it is not right that there was receivable not received … as, even if one accept NS lies, than also NS still received Aqama … and if he did not received what he should have received but used that employment for only Aqama than also NS Lied and deceived UAE authority about his paid employment to get Aqama … and thus NS is untrustworthy… hence deserve disqualification for life from Pakistan parliament on article 62 and 63.

Thus, just on this Lie of NS, court could disqualify him for life on article 62 and article 63.
