Hate to revive a very interesting thread, but Islam preaches modesty in dress I believe, and does not actually mention the tent covering. A simple beenie to cover the hair, and baggy jeans with a pullover is Islamic enough. Covers all, and is not revealing.

God knows what you are, you claim to be a Muslim, in the drinking thread you said you don't drink because you fear Allah, fair enough but drinking would only have made you a sinner whilst here you mock Islamic values and regulations (i.e. women should be covered and respected not treated like sex symbols) by calling them backward and outdated and you're trying to modernise Islam, this latter (disagreeing with Islam) makes a person a Kaafir, now you tell me what's worse being a sinner or a Kaafir?
I know your types would absoloutley love to change Islam to suit your livestyles instead of going to the inconvenience of changing your lifestyles but with Islam it doesn't work like that, it's not Christianity where you could tamper around with it till it fits, it's not like they find something PI in the torah or gospel and they just wont print it in their local church bible, with Islam some things are written in stone, you disagree with them and you become a jahannumi for eternity, it's as simple as that.
There is no such thing as moderate Mozlem or extremist Mozlem, with Islam you either accept it or you don't.

What drinking thread? I dont drink for a range of reasons, it being haram being one of them. Others include the lack of job, and the need to be in control of my actions at all times.
With regard to my opposition to feminine oppression within Islamic cultures which is sadly passed of as the faith, I will maintain it. Women are just as good as men.

having a beauty peagent is not the way to go if you want to help women, its rather chauvinistic .as alot of women have already said so in thread , offer them the courtesy of taking them seriously.
