Some Pakistanis do love Ketchup because it is a common sauce. You are almost asking the same question as "Why do White Americans loves Cheeze burgers, Hot dogs, no matter what they have to have it for lunch and beef steak for dinner."

^ NO, im going to argue now, raita is a TRADITIONAL pakistani food that virtually every pakistani prepares and consumes in every household.
Tomato ketchup is NOT a traditional pakistani food, it is a shop bought commodity which is NOT within the means of virtually every pakistani person in every household.
Burgers, hot dogs, steaks, fries etc, are typically American. So there!!!

i feel that as the pakistani traditional taste is spicy n tomato ketchup is a blend of sweet and sour specially the chilli garlic one that is why they enjoy ketchup's taste....this is what my common sense says ...........

95% of Pakistaniz DO NOT love Ketchup and have it with everything every day. If you see it carefully overall 95% of Pakistaniz eat at home and have a nice home made meal. (if you are not refering to tomato paste which is used in usual recipes of traditional Pakistani foods) You will not see them eating beriyani with Ketchup or Daal chawal with Ketchup or Omelate parataha with ketchup >.<. But you do see them sometimes eating Beef Burgers and fries with ketchup.
So its not everytime its more like once in a while. Or on occations.
Makes sense?

i dont think so, but i believe there are specific dishes taken with specific sauces, raita with biryani, laal chatni with daal chawal, green chatni with besani roti, chilli garlic sauce with shami kabab, ketchup with french fries... heheh i hope you got it... bhuk lag rahi hay yaaaaaaar!!!

Right, virtually, yes i know what it means, but did i say VIRTUALLY all pakistani's love ketchup? No, i just said pakistani's, this COULD mean virtually all, or it could mean 2!
In my little head i am thinking of all those pakistani's in pakistan who love it, with daal, with parathas, with aloo salan, with something which already has its special sauce, anything really.
I have now reached the point where i am wondering what on earth am i going on about? I have lost my original train of thought but i remain irritated by those pakistani people who cannot live without ketchup!!!
I don’t like ketchup mostly either!

acha halwapuri jee...tell me why do every american loves chinese food so much? its not american...infact americans don't even like china / its ppl but they eat chinese food like pigs...care to shed some light on this phenomenon o'gr8 einstein? so wht if pakistanis love ketchup...are they buying it with your hardly hard earned money? i eat ketchup with everything...from ice cream to halwa [excluding your kind] to nehari to beriyani...if you have any problem with that...then come and bite me.
