I know at least 6 women who have been made fools out of by men after marriage. They were trapped for greencard scams and continued relationships after marriage with girlfriends. What do you say to that? You havent even addressed the behavior of men but you seem to want to strip women of their chastity here.

Jimmy, if Im making up stories about getting injured then you are too. If you cant believe me then I cant believe you or the stories you keep telling about some friend who was heartbroken and whatnot. Im telling you real life facts about real people who can testify and say this happened to them. I know these girls personally and have counseled them myself after they were left to deal with their damaged self-esteem.
There are good and bad everywhere but everytime you come onto these threads its the SAME topic. Some girl who lied about her virginity. I heard this in at least one other thread from you and almost dread seeing you jump into a conversation because its always about the same issue. PSquared - I feel you. There are no "clean" men out there anymore - it breaks my heart! It's not fair to all the strong women who've set good standards for themselves in life. :(
To answer shortdog, I can understand why women would want to lie about their past. Let me just put it this way and I am generalizing here: **If women were asked what's worse, that her husband never really loved her ever or if he cheated on her? **There would be differences of opinion and most women might say it's worse if he never cared for her on the first place - cheating would come second. If you ask men the samething, you'd almost get a unanimous outcry that her cheating on him is unforgivable - period.
Women think that men will never get over it, they'd always be suspicious of them, not trust them, disrespect them and all that jazz.
If a husband cheats on his wife, I don't see how he could have ever loved her, let alone respected her as a person. So if in either case the husband does not love her, the question really is, whats worse: a husband who cheats on her, or a husband who does not cheat on her?
If my husband lied to me about never having sex, tht would mean he cares more about not being rejected than he does about deceiving me. In other words, he cares more about himself and that can't be love.
True, girls do have a more difficult time telling the truth, but if after telling the truth the guy does not understand, then its worth breaking up cuz it couldn't have been love from his side.
There is absolutely no excuse for lying.

Is it ok for a guy to lustfully stare at a woman just because she looks attractive? NO. Is it ok for him to rape her because she looks attractive? NO.
Is it ok for a girl to go after a guy knowing he isn't a virgin but wants a virgin wife? NO, and yet this happens all the time!
