As for last sentence, bollywood heroines have a range of lifestyles. They are not a monolith. In fact, didn't current presidential candidate Imran Khan have an affair with Zeenat Haman. And possibly with others? So does it reflect on lifestyle of Pak cricketeers of that era? Or that of Pak presidential candidates.
Anyway Parveen Babi was a gentle lady. She had some psychological issues. And took her own life.

I got your point and didn't intend to generalise. I meant affairs of a bollywood heroine and the lifestyle she followed was not shocking anyway. Parveen Babi was Muslim but I heard she finally became Christian and had a will for Christian burial.
