I think white/ ivory is absolutely gorgeous as a Walima outfit. Its fresh, young and very Islamic! Though I think it looks much better on fairer skins.

i for one dont have the fairest complexion … but wearing white/offwhite makes me pwetty 
… and that will (most likely) be the color of my valima dress!

Hi Ladies:
I am looking for pics of white shararas so that i can convince my sister to wear it instead of a traditional wedding dress.(we are christians)
She will be having a church wedding and just think that a white sharara would be so elegant and beautiful and different from the run of the mill wedding dress.
So, if you can, please post white sharara for me!

I do love the white clothes -- but shouldn't your sister wear what she envisions as perfect for her wedding day? You can do it your own way.
