For the past 5 days Ive completely lost my appetite, sometimes I even forget to eat, which is really unusually cuz Im always looking for something to eat. Also I dont get much sleep anymore, I wake up at 7am every morning wide awake even on weekends. Even if i sleep late or early I wake up at the same time everyday

well u do change, some times ur body reacts to something that u dont even know of, maybe ur stress, or happy or any changes goin on in ur life can cause this, ull be back to ur normal activities... it can be the weather changes... i notice i've been gettin up real early in the da morning this whole week dont know y, and i know ill be back to normal again and it may have to do with my finals stress which im not but my body act to itself of being nervous or somthing,, so dont worry sweet dreamzz

sound like depression... have lost energy? loss interest in things? don't get pleasure out of things you used to like to do? tearful? loss of concentration? forgetfulness? these are some of the symptoms...

How old are your? to have to go through this proplem, lost of appetite/not getting enough sleep.
If young then going through change of homons, if mid age the midlife crices, you just have to relex yourself.
