Oh, sorry didn't realise he didn't want her, in that case of course no point waiting around, defo move on.. agree with what u said about false hopes and ur just setting urself up for unending misery, as hard as it is best to try and forget and keep super busy with other things..
(If the reason they can't be together is due to something else eg.parents I'd wait it out for a couple of years..)

^ Oh ok... sorry waterfall, then my original advice still stands.. I'd wait it out for a while or u may spend the rest of ur life thinking 'what if' :( If he is perfect for u and 100% what u want best to wait and see if anything changes or can be done to fix the situation rather than just walk away imo
