How do you respond to such questions when asked
by a bacha who is never willing to eat and is always
giving trouble at the dinning table?

OMG.. yeah I can imagine yaar, mine always asks such questions and I dont know how to respond :(
He inspects each and everything persent in the plate and then leaves the table saying... yeh sab kuch meray gallay main phans jata hai....

what would that be other than mcdonalds (etc) afterall. 
If I were you I would be telling my child “ye khao warna I’ll make sure ye sab tumharay galay mai ja k phansay”. Yeah I can be evil like that. 
I told her “this chicken is made out of chicken”.
(Soooo original, right?

I said it with my ghussay wali tone, in return she could only reply with
an “Oh” plus her usual sad face that she has dedicated specially to dinner time.

i used to eat everything when I was a kid… lagta hai apnay abba pe gaya hai

If the child doesnt eat, dont give the child anything at all, take the whole plate away and keep all food out of reach.
Enjoy your food happily in front of the child and totally ignore child.
Let child become SOOOOOOO hungry and REFUSE to give child anything child asks for.
After child has missed a couple of mealtimes, child will b so hungry child will eat anything.
Also do NOT give child any juices or milk etc until meal time. Water is ok to give.

Try to emphasize on the food presentation, it should be chatchy for the kid and it would attract him to food.
Once my nephew wasn’t eating ‘Koftay’ because it was something new to him and he didn’t find it much attractive but her mother told him that these are ‘Gol boties’ lol and he started eating. So it means name and the shapes and presntation must be good, try to present the food with some cute names
I agree paint face of superman , spiderman or what’s her name ? oh I remember Hanna Montana on the chicken boti or kofta and they will eat it happily. They will even eat a rock if you paint face of Hanna Montana on it. I guarantee.
