What is kachoomar?

Kachoomar is desi version of salsa, you dice red onions, tomatoes, green chill etc very fine and add salt and chilli and marinate in lemon and vinegar. I eat a lot of bbq so adds some veggie content to it. I also fill my plate with kacchoomar if I am eating pilau/biryani
I cooked some western food for kids..yumm I like yams and chicken gizzards for myself

wow...you like it too! :) my Bhabhi saaHiba cooked it...she makes it with a tinge of sweet and bitter taste. she uses Indian Karela which is darker green, smaller and less bitter as opposed to more commonly used Chinese Karela which is lighter green. longer and more bitter.

I havent eaten bitter melon by itself, we used to eat it in Qeema Karela. I bought besan roti from store and it was horrid.

Kids wanted some Chinese so I cooked beef n shrimp chow mein with loads of veggies and fried rice for them an a luscious chicken curry for my wife and her sister and the team coach.

So I had a few good days of cooking, I did a lot of meat, I bought a big slab and shaved for Shanghai Noodles, cooked Pasandas and Boti Kebab...too many people rely on my cooking and sometimes it feels overwhelming. But most days I enjoy taking care of people.

General Tao, I love you..that sauce is unbelievable. Little guy loves shrimp so I made some shrimp noodles for him with General Tao sauce.

Chicken Pie, beef sausage rolls. I cooked for kids. You can spice the chicken if you limit yourself to only desi palette. I will do salmon and chicken sausage rolls next time
