Re: What did you have for Iftaari/Sehri
bazaari samosa
U make it sound more sinful than it really is.
Re: What did you have for Iftaari/Sehri
How else can you define it, Miss Sinless?
Today we might just go to a restaurant for iftari. My only issue with restaurants is that I end up eating too much and then there is no place to lay down. At home, I crash on the couch and watch TV.
Re: What did you have for Iftaari/Sehri
every city should have that NY type restuarant where they have low matresses instead of tables and chairs. Ahhhhh. What's its called? Bed?
Re: What did you have for Iftaari/Sehri
“pouri with kheer”?
I have NEVER heard of this. Mehnaz, please don’t invent gastronomic faux-pas to make your points.
Re: What did you have for Iftaari/Sehri
what do Milano cookies have to do with fajr ![]()
well second iftari was even better.. i wouldn’t bother y’all “half-samosa-supermodels” with the details lest your faint tummies contract further, suffice to say it was way more than you’ve eaten all your iftars/sehars combined so far.. ![]()
Re: What did you have for Iftaari/Sehri
And just as an FYI...I am not on any diet or resolution to eat less. It just happens that I don't feel like eating too much in one setting.
Re: What did you have for Iftaari/Sehri
PA you either have a huge pot belly or then ur very well built. oh and thank you for the not so subtle sarcastic hints ![]()
FG my diet has turned in to a majboori now. I cannot eat a whole lot. Maybe I should wait more between iftaari and dinner. will try tonight. Ammi will make soup today so I guess i can have more food ![]()
Re: What did you have for Iftaari/Sehri
I re-read PA's post again and it is very infuriarating to see the 'half-samosa'supermodel' remark was intended for MOI :o
Re: What did you have for Iftaari/Sehri
seriously funguy i’ve never seen any grown up hatta katta naujwaan (shaadee shudah at that) eat just half of a bazaaree samoasa.. i mean that’s just so Girls’ college canteenish..
u can safely assume the former ![]()
Re: What did you have for Iftaari/Sehri
Oye lalloo parsaad, it's a BIG samosa and with all the other pakoras around, it's really hard to eat so much potato. But I see your point. I too am kinda surprised at myself this Ramzaan. I always ate the whole samosa. And the freaky part is that the wifey eats the other half. Is it too mushy of us? I don't know. I will try to eat the full samosa today. (if she allows me)
Re: What did you have for Iftaari/Sehri
This morning for iftari I didn't eat much. I plan to have a great weekendish sehri at maghrib.
