This thread should serve to motivate the overeaters in cutting down their food intake. Please post in all honesty what u ate for each session. Those of us who cannot control ourselves and eat like their is no end should also put up their pictures so the rest of humanity can see what may become of them if they overeat

after an hour a had a quarter roti because mum had made arvee mutton which I couldnt resist.
A cup of tea with one cookie and two bites of qalaqand and a teeny weeny bit of gulab jaman My sister is to be blamed for that but I know i’ll got punished with the calories.
Sehri
One omlette, a bowl of corn flakes and water.
Oh and before iftaar and sehri I did my crunches, squats and rollups
I guess you have never seen thos frozen roghni naans in desi stores. Mohtarma, one of my teammate who belongs to gujranwala, eats one of those roghni naans in two nivaalay and I am not exxaggerating.
Wow you guys are lucky. Here it doesn't even feel like Ramzan. We don't really know any Muslims, we open fasts and eat sehri alone (my sister and me eat separately because of our schedules). Mostly water, fruit, or whatever bacha kucha salan there is that my mom froze for us.
FG: bilkul nahien.. it was really good lekin for some reason i just cant eat too much at iftari. halankeh before iftari it seems like i can eat soo much.
I am just happy with fruit smoothie for brekkie followed by meat and salad lunch. One of these days I'll treat myself to a decent dinner -- grilled chicken or fish.
All you ppl eating parathas, qalaqand, aloo gosht, mutton… tum logon key rozay qubool ne howay… apparently your neighbor has been sleeping empty stomach
